Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in plastics/injection mold manufacturing or related field.
• 10+ years of Plastics Operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years of people management, including director-level leadership.
• Lean Operations with Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Strong data-driven decision making and SPC expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to ensure on-time production and delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement using Lean tools and DBS Kaizen.
• Develop, monitor, and report production KPIs using Daily Management.
• Support engineering qualification projects and capacity expansion timelines.
• Ensure quality systems, safety, and productivity targets are met.
• Mentor and manage staff, align resources to production schedules.
