Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 5–7 years of engineering experience in food/pharmaceutical/consumer goods industries preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD drawings and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capital projects with plans, budgets, and capital requests.
• Prepare request for proposal (RFP) documents and select vendors.
• Manage vendor and construction activities, including change control.
• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and training activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all design criteria.
• Support plant personnel with root‑cause analysis and equipment performance analysis.
• Participate in plant process improvement activities and capacity planning.
