Qualifications

• 1+ years of lead experience in a labor-intensive setting.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all production activities to ensure timely completion.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers on site for on-time transports.
• Prepare and pack customer orders for transport and moving trucks.
• Manage training and assist employees and new hires.
• Enforce high finish standards with strong attention to detail.
• Adhere to budgets, schedules and deadlines.
• Oversee OSHA compliance and safety standards.
• Lead root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of production area and facilities.
• Lead and motivate staff; allocate resources for manufacturing.
