Qualifications

• Education requirements include a Bachelor's in Business Management or equivalent.
• Preferred: Business Management Degree and HACC Certification in Food Safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Production Quality and Quantity and Profit & Loss of the facility.
• Manage production lines, scheduling, and throughput to meet targets.
• Communicate with customers and sales to minimize schedule disruptions.
