Clean Harbors Kimball, NE is seeking a Foreman to perform hands-on operations and supervise plant activities such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations. The role includes supervising multiple plant employees and overseeing a single plant operation.

The candidate must be willing to work 4/12 hour rotating shifts per week (days 6a-6p / nights 6p-6a), with 95% outdoor work. Wage starts at $30+ DOE, with benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.
• Knowledge of CHI systems.
• Demonstrates proficiency in plant operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck off-loading/loading, wastewater treatment.
• Leadership ability and skill to train/lead others.
• Commitment to Health & Safety and to following SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Ensures Health and Safety is the top priority and enforces safe work practices.
• Operates plant operations including drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck off-loading/loading, and wastewater treatment.
• Supervises multiple employees and a single plant operation.
• Operates a forklift when necessary.
• Maintains and submits required waste tracking paperwork promptly.
• Ensures staff adheres to Health and Safety SOPs and compliance standards.
