Job summary

PSI Pax, Inc. is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney in Irvine to own cases from intake to settlement, develop strategy, and push forward toward optimal results.

You will negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel, analyze medical records, and lead the case toward favorable resolutions for clients. The role requires strong legal judgment, excellent client communication, and the ability to manage a significant caseload in California.

Qualifications

• Active attorney in good standing in California
• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred
• Strong understanding of California personal injury law and procedures
• Experience managing a significant personal injury caseload
• Strong negotiator who can evaluate risk, leverage, and case value
• Excellent client communication and empathy
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through settlement, developing strategy and driving the case forward
• Conduct strategic investigations into liability, damages, and case value
• Analyze medical records, evidence, and other case-related documentation
• Develop case strategy and identify opportunities to maximize value
• Draft and review demand packages and other legal documents
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Evaluate settlement offers and make strategic recommendations
• Maintain a strong understanding of the legal and factual issues affecting each case
• Help clients understand the legal process and set expectations
• Collaborate with legal assistants, case managers, medical professionals, lien negotiators, and attorneys to move cases forward
