Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep production-grade expertise in Go, Java, or Rust with advanced concurrency.
• Experience deploying and operating mission-critical services on AWS and GCP.
• Design RESTful and gRPC services with robust distributed state machines and async processing.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain the unified Registration Authority (RA) for a global platform.
• Design and optimize highly concurrent, multi-substrate build paths in Go.
• Develop and scale synchronous and asynchronous certificate issuance paths.
• Implement evaluated hierarchical policy engines and authorization controls.
• Lead engineering excellence through reviews, mentoring, and clean, testable code.
• Instrument telemetry, distributed tracing, and alerts to meet SLAs.
