Worley is seeking a qualified foreperson for our Baytown site in Texas. You will direct employees and crew, read blueprints and specifications, determine the scope of work, and ensure that work meets safety, quality, and project standards.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and the ability to prepare reports and coordinate with supervision to deliver on-time, safe maintenance and construction tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience
• Supervisory experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Direct employees and crew.
• Take responsibility and accountability for their crew.
• Responsible for reading blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work: location, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
