Job summary

Bahnson Mechanical Systems, part of EMCOR Group, seeks a Pipefitter Foreman in Raleigh, NC. A premiere design-build mechanical contractor serving industrial, life sciences, and mission-critical markets, Bahnson brings decades of mechanical expertise and a strong safety culture.

The successful candidate will lead crews on multiple projects, read blueprints, supervise installation of process piping systems, and ensure work is performed to high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial process pipefitting.
• 3+ years leading construction teams.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with stainless steel and carbon process piping.
• Ability to fit, solder, and layout piping systems.
• Experience with electrical and manual tools.
• Strong safety and quality standards in team environments.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers to establish job schedules and priorities.
• Communicate work schedules and priorities to on-site personnel.
• Conduct daily inspections of assigned projects.
• Complete and submit all required documentation.
• Lay out pipe systems, supports, or related equipment according to blueprints.
• Install industrial process piping systems.
• Assemble or secure pipes and fittings per project specs by welding, brazing, soldering, or threading.
