About the Role

We are adding a Lead Pipefitter to lead and support field operations by managing crews and performing all aspects of mechanical construction on water and wastewater projects. This role is responsible for installing piping systems, valves, pumps, and related equipment while overseeing a small team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of construction experience
• At least 2 years of experience specializing in pipefitting
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience leading crews or small teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in water or wastewater construction
• Experience leading pipefitting or mechanical crews
• Strong background in above and below ground piping systems
• Familiarity with pipe testing procedures and layout work
