Qualifications

• Five years or more preferred in excavation and grading construction operations.
• One year or more managing/supervising construction crews.
• Verifiable experience as an equipment operator.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of one or more employees depending on the project.
• Work with Grade Supervisor and Project Managers to develop and execute a work plan and schedule.
• Prepare or assist the Grade Supervisor in daily/weekly/monthly job tracking and time records.
• Maintain attendance and safety record and set an example for others.
