Job summary

Cleveland Carter Enterprises, Inc. (CCE) is seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead underground utility installation crews in Forest Park, GA.

The role requires hands-on supervision of sewer, water, and storm systems, with emphasis on safety and adherence to project specs. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of experience managing field crews, reading construction plans, and coordinating with the Superintendent to ensure quality and productivity on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience installing water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure with proper compaction and bedding.
• Proven experience directly leading and supervising a field crew on underground utility projects.
• Experience working in and around deep excavations with trenching/shoring requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and grade information.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily activities of pipe crew as assigned by the Superintendent.
• Plan daily crew tasks to complete work efficiently within schedule.
• Communicate project requirements and site conditions to crew before work begins; adjust plans as needed.
• Lead safety practices, ensure PPE use, and coordinate with operators and laborers.
