Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in underground utility, pipe, or excavation construction.
• Strong understanding of excavation and utility installation practices.
• Valid driver’s license required, CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead pipe and utility crews on projects.
• Coordinate daily work activities with Superintendents.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Ensure proper installation of sewer and water systems.
• Monitor trench safety and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
