Qualifications

• Experience in underground utilities, sewer operations, excavation, or civil construction required.
• Prior Foreman, Crew Lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of sewer cleaning and underground repair methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field crews through hands-on coaching.
