Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Locking toolbox and tools required

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and ensure safe practices on site
• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities of crews
• Review contracts, scope documents, drawings, specs, and estimates
• Interface with project team to establish schedules and resolve issues
• Ensure materials, drawings, manpower, tools, and equipment are available when needed
• Mentor craft personnel for professional development
