Job summary

Textron Aviation is seeking a Pilot, Owner Services in Sarasota, FL. You will provide on-site flight support for owners, manage day-to-day flight activities, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Crews operate within a two-hour drive of the Sarasota base and work closely with the ProOwnership Maintenance Manager and Chief Pilot. You will oversee scheduling, trip planning, aircraft care, and adherence to MNPS/RVSM/RNP standards for domestic and international travel, while maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in aviation or aerospace fields.
If no degree, at least 3 years of industry experience required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US passport and FAA first class medical.
Airline Transport Pilot certification and high piloting skills required.
Experience with Citation products and multi-crew environments preferred.
Ability to meet customer insurance requirements and have valid driver's license/passport.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site flight support for owners under management.
Coordinate with Maintenance Manager and Service Center on aircraft care and inspections.
Communicate clearly about Pilot-In-Command duties and safety standards.
Ensure aircraft meets MNPS/RVSM/RNP standards for domestic and international travel.
Monitor schedules and ensure operations align with the operations manual.
Maintain flight logs, navigation equipment updates, and document control.
Manage vacation requests with the account manager.
