Job summary

MVP Sports Clubs in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Head Pickleball Professional responsible for providing group and private instruction. The role includes maintaining teaching standards and working with the Racquet Sports Manager to grow the pickleball program.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of teaching experience, a USAPA membership, and the ability to work a minimum of 30 hours weekly. This part-time position requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for the sport.

Qualifications

• USAPA member.
• RSPA Pickleball Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• First Aid/CPR Training.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and private lesson instruction for all ages.
• Utilize commission/payroll system to ensure accuracy.
• Promote and grow pickleball in the area.
