Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work within pick/pack warehouse areas per plan.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and communicate goals.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.
• Provide coaching and training to new hires and leads.
• Maintain records and coordinate cross-department handoffs.
• Address routine issues and escalate significant problems.
