Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Physician (M.D./D.O.) to join our occupational health team in Colorado. The role combines direct patient care with clinic leadership, balancing clinical duties with performance improvement in a busy outpatient setting.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm), competitive compensation of $260,000–$280,000, relocation assistance, robust benefits, and substantial PTO/CME time. Must hold board certification and active CO license.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. required.
• Board Certification in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and/or Orthopedics required.
• Candidates MUST have experience in occupational medicine, industrial medicine, preventative medicine, and/or worker's compensation.
• Current DEA licensure
• BLS Certified
• FMCSA Certification for DOT exams (within 60-days of hire)
• Active CO Medical License in good standing

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic while providing direct patient care (clinical duties balanced with leadership).
• The Lead Physician will oversee clinic performance with a 60/40 split.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
