Concentra, Inc. in Eagan, MN seeks a Physician Clinic Medical Director to blend patient care with leadership responsibilities. The role centers on clinical practice while driving quality improvements and business outcomes with the Center Leadership Team.

This position offers a M-F 7a-4p schedule, a base salary with stipends and bonuses, extensive benefits, and opportunities to work with residents and students in an established occupational health care organization.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted medical license.
• Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction.
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and leads by example in the clinic.
• Manages clinicians and support staff, ensures APC supervisory requirements.
• Fosters a professional, collaborative work environment.
• Identifies and implements changes for continuous medical clinic improvement.
• Maintains relationships with center clients and payers.
• Manages staffing levels with clinic leadership team.
• Promotes Concentra values and patient/colleague safety.
