Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations, scheduling, orientation, training, and inter-department communication.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and contribute to a positive care environment.
