Job summary

Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist for a leadership role on the Day Shift. You will collaborate with the department manager to develop and implement rehab programs and oversee staff education and clinical performance.

The role requires NY licensure, a BS/MS/DPT in Physical Therapy, and a minimum of 3 years in rehab with 1+ year in a specialty area preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of New York as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Works with department manager to identify and implement program development activities.
• Facilitates educational training and professional development for Rehab staff.
• Monitors delivery of Rehab services to ensure high-quality care and compliance with standards.
• Coordinates treatment plans with other disciplines for interdisciplinary care.
• Engages in strategic planning and program development for initiatives.
• Maintains effective relationships with health care team members and documents patient information.
