Job summary

Healing Arts Center in Branson, Missouri is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (DPT or licensed) to lead a patient-centered team in a multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic. The role emphasizes 1-1 care, clinical autonomy, and collaboration with PTAs and other disciplines.

You will manage 8–10 patients per day, oversee PTAs, and participate in comprehensive evaluations and treatments while maintaining high standards of documentation and patient care in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• DPT or licensed PT with strong clinical skills.
• Ability to lead PTAs and work in a busy outpatient clinic.
• Comfort with documentation and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Treat 8-10 patients per day in a busy outpatient clinic.
• Supervise 1-2 licensed PTAs with a full schedule.
• Perform initial evaluations that include both evaluation and treatment.
