As Clinic Director, you will extend your leadership beyond patient care, shaping daily workflows, patient experience, and clinic performance while maintaining a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials.
• Proven leadership in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Ability to coach and develop staff while maintaining clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the satellite clinic and drive clinical excellence.
• Directly treat patients while mentoring PTAs and clinic staff.
• Ensure scheduling, documentation, and communication standards are met.
• Identify problems early and implement constructive solutions for clinic growth.
