The Brine Group is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist for a newly opening outpatient clinic in Saugus, MA. This role offers you the chance to shape patient experience, establish clinical standards, and lead a growing clinical team as the first PT hired for the new location.

You will receive comprehensive training and professional development within a national rehabilitation organization, with a competitive base salary up to $120,000 and a performance-based bonus program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Outpatient orthopedic, neurological, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Vestibular and balance rehabilitation experience welcomed but not required.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
• Self-motivated with desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Interest in leadership and helping build a successful practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and examinations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and establish functional goals.
• Prescribe and progress therapeutic interventions and exercises.
• Measure patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on continuing care and injury prevention.
• Deliver outstanding patient care in a collaborative outpatient setting.
• Assist in establishing clinical standards and best practices for the new location.

The Brine Group is conducting a search for a Lead Physical Therapist on behalf of a growing outpatient physical therapy practice preparing to launch its newest location in Saugus, Massachusetts.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Physical Therapist who is interested in joining a new clinic at launch while enjoying the support, resources, and training opportunities of an established national rehabilitation organization.

As the first Physical Therapist hired for this new clinic, you will have the opportunity to help shape the patient experience, establish clinical excellence, and contribute to the practice's future growth. As patient volume expands, additional therapists are expected to be added to the team.
