Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Everett, WA. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

The role requires CAPTE-accredited PT education, state licensure, CPR certification, and strong clinical and organizational skills. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
