Job summary

Collierville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services in a patient-centered, collaborative environment. You’ll deliver high-quality care within our in-house therapy program, exercising autonomy while coordinating with nursing and rehab teams to optimize recovery.

You will develop and implement treatment plans, supervise PTAs and rehab technicians, participate in discharge planning, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.
• Effective clinical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services and develop treatment plans.
