Job summary

Collierville Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy program. Under the direction of a licensed PT, you will help patients improve strength, mobility, and confidence while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

You will provide quality patient care per a plan of care, supervise rehabilitation technicians, and participate in case management and treatment planning, while adhering to facility policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Valid state Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screening and providing input to initial evaluations.
• Implement treatment for all assigned patients per the plan of care.
• Provide direct supervision to rehab technicians during group and individual treatment.
• Communicate patient progress and facility issues to the supervising physical therapist.
