Tender Touch Rehab Services in Carlisle, PA, is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in SNF/Long-Term Care. You will supervise and mentor staff, deliver PTAs under a licensed PT, and coordinate with the team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Act as a leader/mentor in the PT Assistant discipline.
• Assume rehab supervisor responsibilities in the supervisor's absence.

What You’ll Do:
