Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant (FT) for a full-time role in Carlisle, PA. You will lead PT interventions under supervision, mentor teammates, and support clinical growth within SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT/PTA treatments under supervision following state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Serve as a leader/mentor in the discipline.
• Cover rehab supervisor duties in the supervisor's absence.

What You’ll Do:
