Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, seeks a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time work in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. You will provide PT services under a licensed PT, identify patients for therapy, and collaborate with the team to achieve strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Act as a leader/mentor and cover rehab supervisor in their absence.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
