Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in a SNF/long-term care setting. You will provide therapy under the supervision of a licensed PT and mentor teammates in a collaborative, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under licensed PT supervision per state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and obtained.
• Act as a leader/mentor in your discipline.
• Fill rehab supervisor duties in their absence.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
• Act as a leader/mentor in your specific discipline.
• Assume job responsibilities of the rehab supervisor in his/her absence

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
