Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care teams in New York. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a supportive, mentored environment.

You will provide PT treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, assist in patient selection, document thoroughly, and coordinate with the PT for evaluations. New grads welcome; immigration support is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice (New York).
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
