Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence‑based physical therapy techniques
• Develop customized treatment plans that align with patients’ functional goals
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient recovery
• Document progress and adjust therapies as needed for best outcomesDeliver and document all aspects of quality physical therapy care
• Supervise and ensure appropriate use of supportive personnel
• Serve as a lead resource and point of contact for other staff therapists regarding scheduling, daily administrative needs, and communication
