Job description

Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Lead Physical Security Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for USAOs on security systems and other physical security issues. Diagnose issues and coordinate with appropriate staff (such as Information Technology (IT), Personnel Security, HSPD-12, and USAO staff) to resolve and confirm completion. Create scopes of work (SOWs) for projects and service tickets to have security vendors correct issues and restore complete operation of security systems.
2. Monitor Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) communications network status. Coordinate with IT staff and monitoring companies to resolve communication errors and issues as they occur.
3. Complete security design packages including SOWs and drawings. Work with security installers on planning software and hardware upgrades, new installation projects, and other security equipment projects.
4. Coordinate and cooperate with various IT staff on security system shared interests, including Personnel Access Control System (PACS) certificate validation, IP CCTV, new equipment/systems testing in lab environments, etc.
5. Participate in physical security surveys and inspections, as requested, throughout 94 Districts comprising approximately 300 USAO facilities to determine if designated areas meet accepted standards for safeguarding life, property, assets, and classified information. Assist in drafting survey and inspection reports, including evaluations and recommendations. This includes generating cost estimates and Statements of Work.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience or, if no bachelor's degree, 15 years of relevant physical security experience in designing, engineering, programming, and installing complex physical security systems. Operations and installations should include networked access control, CCTV, intercoms, vehicle barriers, duress alarms, and other ancillary systems. TS clearance required.
