You will oversee Pharmacy Technician Transition Specialists and support pharmacy operations. A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. is required, along with related pharmacy experience. The position offers a dynamic work environment with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• Two years of related pharmacy experience or PGY1 residency.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
• Texas Pharmacist Licensure or eligibility within 90 days of employment.
• IV Sterile Certification required for all inpatient areas.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients actively.
• Fulfill prescriptions for accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate medication delivery and bedside education before discharge.
• Simplify the discharge medication process.
• Provide customer service excellence.
