Job summary

Qualifications

• Three+ years of pharmacy technician experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with CPR+ or Caretend or similar pharmacy software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supervision of pharmacy technicians in fulfillment.
• Oversee dispensing of medications and maintain quality standards.
• Analyze workflow and allocate daily tasks to ensure timely processing of prescriptions.
• Monitor QA metrics and adjust workloads as needed.
• Develop training for new processes and changes.
