Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare, a Clarest Health Division, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to join our on-site Baltimore LTC pharmacy team. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating daily workflow, and ensuring accurate dispensing and compliance with policies.

You will work closely with the Pharmacist-in-Charge, overseeing training, performance reviews, and ensuring operations meet organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with Maryland State Board.
• Nationally certified as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB/NHA) preferred.
• Two to three years prior supervisory pharmacy technician experience required.
• Familiarity with light assembly or machine operations is helpful.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team operations, including scheduling, attendance tracking, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate daily workflow and shift assignments, ensuring deadlines and accuracy standards are met.
• Monitor and maintain pharmacy systems and automated dispensing equipment, addressing faults and ensuring proper inventory replenishment.
• Oversee bulk dispensing and labeling processes, ensuring compliance with standards and timely order fulfillment.
• Manage staging and toting activities, ensuring accurate product placement and supply replenishment.
• Handle facility returns and ensures compliance with expiration, credit, and disposal policies.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and couriers, escalating issues and ensuring smooth operations across departments.
• Adhere to Clarest's Code of Conduct, follow Compliance policies, and report suspected violations to supervisor, HR, or Compliance Officer
