Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees operations of pharmacy and technicians in their department.
• Train, develop, and monitor staff in the department.
• Understand compounding techniques per USP 795 and 800.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy software.
• Consult with patients and providers about compounded and traditional medications.
• Manage inventory control and supply to prevent interruptions.
• Staff pharmacists report to the Pharmacist in Charge.
