Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist licensed in the applying state.
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Knowledge of compounding per USP 795/800 and good pharmacy practices.
• Ability to protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees pharmacy operations and technicians.
• Train, develop, and monitor staff.
• Apply USP 795/800 compounding standards.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy software.
• Consult with patients and providers about compounded and traditional medications.
• Manage inventory and supply to avoid interruptions.
• Staff pharmacists report to Pharmacist in Charge.
• Other duties as assigned.
