CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and oversee all aspects within the pharmacy to ensure excellence in patient care.

This includes patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer service. You will lead initiatives to grow and improve performance, manage inventory and personnel, and implement patient care programs that promote healthy outcomes for our patients and

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state you are employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Responsibilities

• Support Pharmacy Manager in leading Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Assist in management, oversight and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy.
• Ensure patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, personnel, profitability, and loss prevention; oversee workflow.
