Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead with empathy, manage Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, and oversee all aspects of the pharmacy operation. You will partner with the Pharmacy Manager to drive operations, growth, and performance, while ensuring adherence to policies and programs that deliver superior patient care and health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy staff and operations in collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance across the pharmacy.
• Drive customer service excellence and support profitable pharmacy operations.
• Oversee inventory management, loss prevention and workflow efficiency.
