Azend Pharma in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team. As a licensed Pharmacist, you will review incoming prescriptions for accuracy and fill them with the correct medicine and dose, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

You will discuss medications with patients, explain potential side effects, advise on storage, and maintain comprehensive patient records while upholding safe dispensing practices in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state pharmacist license.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Read and review incoming prescriptions for accuracy, suitability to patient, and potential interactions
• Provide information to patients on side effects, dosage, storage needs, and interactions with other medications
• Maintain patient records and pharmacy files
• Conduct regular inventory and maintain proper standards for accepting new inventory and categorizing it
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
