Job summary

You will collaborate with the specialty pharmacy team, UC system partners, and external stakeholders to expand services, maintain accreditation readiness, and optimize day-to-day pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years of outpatient or specialty pharmacy experience.
• Experience supervising pharmacists and technicians.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations, accreditation requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Ability to manage URAC, BOP, and ACHC accreditation readiness.
• Experience with manufacturer and payer audits.
• Proficiency with controlled substance stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MTM and clinical pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and optimize workflows.
• Lead accreditation activities and readiness across URAC, ACHC, BOP, DEA.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and UC system partners to expand services.
• Develop clinical workflows and establish KPIs for efficiency.
• Respond to audits and coordinate with internal and external partners.
