Job summary

Martin's Point Health Care Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Pharmacist for our Mail Order Pharmacy in Brunswick, ME. This role leads a pharmacist team, ensures compliant dispensing, and supports scheduling and staff development in a fast-paced setting.

The successful candidate will have a Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy, a current Maine license, and at least 3 years of high-volume pharmacy operations experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy with relevant clinic, mail order or retail setting.
• Current Maine pharmacist license.
• At least 3 years pharmacy operations experience in a high-volume environment.
• Leadership experience and ability to supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the pharmacist team and oversee operations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations with the Pharmacy Manager.
• Review, verify, and dispense medications in accordance with laws and policies.
• Educate patients and providers on medication therapy and services.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Participate in huddles, meetings, and ad hoc operational tasks.
