USA Staffing Network seeks a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a brand-new pharmacy in Galena, IL. This leadership role oversees daily operations, ensures regulatory compliance, mentors staff, and drives a patient-first experience.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. The position offers a competitive salary of $150,000 to $160,000 DOE and a full-time schedule with Monday–Friday availability.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years of retail pharmacy management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with pharmacy patient management systems.
• Passion for patient care and team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Review and dispense prescriptions accurately with safety and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and support technicians in daily operations.
• Manage workflow, inventory, storage, and ordering of meds.
• Maintain accurate patient records and profiles.
• Educate patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure HIPAA and all regulations compliance.
• Monitor inventory to prevent shortages or waste.
• Coordinate technician schedules and performance.
• Foster a positive, patient-focused pharmacy culture.
