Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to lead Hospital at Home operations and related services across LTC, Hospice, FSED, and MedCenter Air. The role ensures safe medication distribution, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient outcomes in home and affiliated settings.

Responsibilities include staffing, policy development, and data-driven performance improvement while collaborating with nursing, providers, and leadership to support acute-level care in the home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and active state license or reciprocity.
• 2 years of work experience in pharmacy.
• Strong operational, regulatory, and team leadership skills.
• Experience in acute care, ambulatory care, home-based care, LTC, Hospice, or medication distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Hospital at Home pharmacy operations and workflow.
• Provide operational leadership for LTC, Hospice, FSED, and MedCenter Air pharmacy services.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and teammate development.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize medication management.
• Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning.
