Job summary

Job Juncture in College Station, TX is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead our established home infusion pharmacy, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely preparation, verification, and dispensing of infusion therapies while directing day-to-day operations.

You will mentor staff, maintain regulatory compliance with USP <797> and HIPAA, collaborate with prescribers and care teams, and drive process improvements to scale services across Brazos Valley and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist-in-Charge responsibility and Texas licensure.
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience; home infusion or sterile compounding preferred.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and ensure safe infusion therapy services.
