Responsibilities include overseeing counseling, pricing, inventory control, recordkeeping, and quality assurance across all workstations.

• Check prescriptions and ensure accuracy while delivering quality customer service.
• Support store operations to meet business objectives and drive prescription volume.
• Maintain service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, inventory, and records.
• Meet all Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements.
• Lead pharmacy staff through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration with management.
• Ensure efficient work processes at each workstation with QA steps.
