Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Current license to practice pharmacy in the state.
• One year of previous pharmacy experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepares medications by reviewing physician orders and detecting incompatibilities.
• Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
• Monitors drug therapies and advises interventions to colleagues.
• Directs technicians' workflow and verifies preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals.
• Counsels patients on drug therapies and provides pharmacological information to healthcare teams.
